This event will showcase First Nation Trainees and Businesses. We are inviting Industry and Government to this gathering to promote employment partnerships and job opportunities. Inviting all First Nations in treaty 6 and Edmonton Surrounding area to gather to network, share information, recruit, connect and introduce future business opportunities.
This year's theme is, "Building
Aboriginal Employment Partnerships & Jobs for the Treaty Six
First Nations Workforce". With over 100,000 businesses operating
within Treaty Six Territory, opportunities to network and promote
jobs are a must for First Nations and their businesses!
Treaty Six ASETS & Partners are working
hard to train their members and connect them with jobs. Treaty
Six Communities have organized this event to share their
employable workforce members and showcase their successful trainees
and project graduates with potential industry employers and
business partners. The Treaty Six labor force consists of First
Nation tradesman, certified laborers and graduates from various
areas of study.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity network with First Nation
Chiefs and Council Members, Board of Directors, Executive
Directors, CEO's and Community Program Managers who will be
attending from each First Nation Community and Aboriginal
Organizations.
